EC Service

The EC-Service software was designed to simplify and optimize maintenance and control of electronic switching motors (EC) installed on axial, radial and centrifugal fans. The software facilitates service operations, operational checks and motor programming or replacement through its user-friendly interface, reducing machine downtime and improving efficiency.

EC-Service includes the protocols of the main industry manufacturers like EBM PAPST and ZIEHL ABEGG, and full compatibility with the most recent electronic switching motors is also guaranteed. This ensures the complete, accurate control of the ventilating systems both at the testing stage and for any assistance in the field or remotely

The EC-Service software permits the following:

Testing the proper operation of an individual fan or an entire group of electronic switching fans, ensuring optimal performance.
Check and reprogram the electronic switching fans pre-set at the factory, with the option to change or update the parameters directly in the field.
Quick configuration of any replaced fans, copying the factory settings from the existing fans to ensure system standardization.
Generate detailed reports on the tests and checks carried out, including a complete identity card of the machine, which can be customized with the customer’s logo for professional documentation

EC-Service connects to the fans through the Modbus RTU protocol and is fully compatible with the software versions of the electronic switching fans of EBM PAPST and ZIEHL ABEGG, ensuring smooth, reliable integration with the main manufacturers in the industry.

Clima Sinergy

Clima Sinergy is the remote supervision, monitoring and control system designed to manage and optimize Selpro controllers and devices. The software allows real time intervention to be taken on the operating parameters of every connected controller, ensuring accurate, centralized management of the entire system.

Clima Sinergy uses the integrated data acquisition system to ensure that the controllers are working properly, and checks the effectiveness of the changes made to the controlling parameters. The software automatically recognizes the type and code of each connected controller, showing the main operating parameters in graphic and numeric format for clear, immediate monitoring.

Clima Sinergy also offers new operating and optimization options on previously installed systems and machines without the need for any complex hardware modifications.

The Modulo software is the intelligent interface designed to manage and optimize operation of the Modulo device, patented by Selpro to simplify the wiring and management of the Modbus plug & play for machines with electronic switching motors.

The software can be used to monitor and control the entire system, gather data in real time, detect errors or anomalies and accurately manage the programming of the device. It also allows the addressing and set up of electronic switching fans to be easily configured, speeding up installation and maintenance operations.

EC Program

EC Program creates a technical identity card for the fan project with a completely automated test which checks and certifies the quality of the electric connections, the standardization and proper programming of the electronic switching fan motors (EC-Fans) of systems and fan-cooled heat exchangers. EC Program comes with two specific software programs: EC Program Factory and EC Program Service.

Detailed reports providing updated identity cards on the electric components of the fans.

EC Factory meets the main indispensable technical-operating requirements for the correct identification and programming of the fan system at the testing stage in the factory. The program generates a specific document (factory report) which reports the main technical-electrical data of the wiring (of the command auxiliaries) and the electronic switching motors, producing a technical photograph of the machine as ordered.

EC Program Service checks and verifies any functional anomalies of fan-cooled machines that customers may complain of, permitting:

• a comparison between the identifying data file of the machine as delivered with the one that the service finds via remote connection and/or during system inspections and maintenance;

• a check of the wiring status of the machine and the electronic switching fans:

• the programming and automatic insertion of the electronic switching fans that were replaced.

At the end of the analysis, the EC Program Service will generate an initial report referred to as the field feedback report and then a final report referred to as the field service report that shall represent the new identity card for the machine as redelivered to the customer.
