Description
The slave TRP controller is an analog electronic device designed for air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, heating, destratification and air purifying systems that require easy, efficient control of the single-phase, asynchronous motor speeds, especially class F asynchronous motors compatible with phase-controlled control.
Based on the principle of phase-cut control technology balanced with the main supply, the TRP enables the selection, through ON-OFF contact, of up to four levels of output VAC power: OFF – V1 – V2 – 100%, with V1 and V2 that can be adjusted manually from 0% to 100% through control trimmers.
This mode allows a fixed step speed curve to be created which is ideal for applications with seasonal operational requirements, on a stepped basis or conditioned by digital signals (e.g. switches or pressure switches).
The device has a Class B EMC filter along with protection against power surges of up to 275 Vac, ensuring a high level of resistance in electricity safety critical environments.
It is compatible with all the main earthing systems (IT, TT, TN), ensuring flexibility and safety during installation.
