Working modes

    • Master – automatic controller:
      the control can be programmed to operate in two different modes:
      • PID with "IES" technology to maintain the controlled variable (eg temperature, pressure) at the set value (set-point)
      • P (Proportional) to maintain the controlled variable (eg temperature, pressure) within the proportional band.
    • Slave Unit:
      the fans regulation changes directly/inversely to the incoming signal/s.
The regulation can be Direct (DIR) or Reverse (REV).

The alarm System is visible on the LEDS, and is remotely supported, with different programmable mode, by the switching of the dedicated Alarm relay, for signaling anomalies that do not stop the plant.

You can select an offset for the analog output (about 0.75 V), which allows the activation of the emergency speed on the fans, in the case of interruption of the control cable 0-10V.
The control action can be either direct (DIR) and reverse (REV).
The alarm diagnostic using the display, and is supported by the remote switching of the relay dedicated in four different modes.
      There are additional features, including:
    • the speed limits for: Night regulation, Max & Min & Cut-Off RPM% limit
    • The AIR-Emergency function in case of failure of the control system, which goes the fan to a predetermined emergency speed

EC Basic is a multifunction digital controller, with n. 2 inputs for current (4-20mA), kohm (NTC probe), voltage (0-5V and 0-10V), for active regulation via 0 (1)-10Vdc command of motorized actuators such as : EC motors, electric valves and shutters.
Designed around a latest-generation microprocessor, generates a master signal 0 (1)-10Vdc. It 'optimized with the software "IES", the innovative algorithm for HVAC & R systems.
